Privacy notice

This site keeps data collection to a minimum. Here is everything it does, in plain language.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies and does not store anything on your device. We do not use advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies.

Because nothing is stored on your device, there is no cookie banner and no consent to give under the ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. No. 336 of 2011). If that ever changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which parts of the site are useful. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not identify you or follow you across other websites. Data is aggregated and anonymous.

When you email us

If you request an invitation (inviteme@meitheal.eu), propose a challenge (challenges@meitheal.eu) or contact us (meitheal@bealach.ai), we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, organisation and message.

We use these only to respond to you, organise the event and plan its challenges. We do not sell them or use them for marketing, and we keep them only as long as needed for the event and its follow-up.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages securely. This is kept briefly in server logs and is not used to identify you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email meitheal@bealach.ai. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
